Financial Analyst, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Lodgements & Fulfilment team work in a fast‑paced friendly environment, dedicated to dematerialising client assets into online accounts and supporting the function of the wider business through inbound and outbound mail functions. The team is also at the forefront of significant business impact projects such as the Adare roll out.
About the roleWe are looking for a new team member who can excel, whether working as part of a dedicated thriving team or on solo projects, with a desire to influence internal change in an ever‑evolving regulatory climate. The role is a mixture of operational and regulatory focus which can provide a varied and interesting role for the right individual.
What you'll be doing- Ensuring the timely and accurate lodging of client assets in compliance with CASS regulation
- Collaborate with other departments to support their function, including stakeholder management and utilising knowledge to support with the migration from manual processes to a digital solution
- Contribute to ensuring all relevant roles are robust, operated effectively and fully documented
- Computer literate

- This is an office‑based at our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL
