Your Role
  • Supporting the Senior Director:
    Helping manage their diary, sort logistics, and make sure they've got what they need to stay on top of things.
  • Booking travel:
    Sorting flights, hotels, transport, and visas for both UK and international trips for both the Leadership and wider Creative Design team, as well as managing travel budgets.
  • Managing diaries & meetings:
    Scheduling meetings, juggling calendars, and making sure agendas and materials are ready to go.
  • Keeping things running:
    Handling day‑to‑day admin like prepping documents, tracking expenses (via Concur), and managing credit cards.
  • Being the go‑to contact:
    Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for the Senior Director and Leadership Team.
  • Pitching in where needed:
    Taking on ad‑hoc tasks and projects and staying flexible when priorities shift.
  • Social Committee lead:
    Leading the social committee by managing annual budgets and supporting the culture through social networking and activities.
  • Handling sensitive information:
    Keeping things confidential and dealing with information professionally.
  • Working as a team:
    Building great relationships across Creative Design and the wider business.
  • Marketing and People support:
    Administrative support to the Associate Directors for People and Talent and Marketing, helping with ad‑hoc and regular tasks.
About You
  • Admin whizz:
    You've got solid experience supporting busy teams and senior leaders, juggling tasks with ease.
  • Super organised:
    You know how to prioritise, multitask, and keep things on track in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Great communicator:
    Clear, confident, and professional. Whether it's emails, calls, or face‑to‑face.
  • Detail‑focused:
    You spot the small stuff that others miss and take pride in getting things right.
  • Problem solver:
    You think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and find smart ways to get things done.
  • Tech‑savvy:
    Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and bonus points if you've used tools like
  • Discreet & trustworthy:
    You handle sensitive info with care and professionalism.
  • Flexible & adaptable:
    Happy to jump in wherever needed and roll with changing priorities.
  • Team player:
    Friendly, collaborative, and great at building relationships across teams.
