Pensions Project Administrator – Isio
We are seeking a Pensions Project Administrator to join our newly created specialist Administration Project Implementations Team. The role supports operational teams in delivering pension administration projects while maintaining day‑to‑day operations. It is based in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Reading, Birmingham, Bristol or Croydon with a hybrid workstyle.
Responsibilities- Project Support: Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of pension administration projects, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious completion.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies under supervision.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and issues and recommending improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies; stay current on pension legislation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clients, team members, and third‑party providers to ensure effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Training and Support: Provide support to team members and clients on project‑related activities and pension processes.
- Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes, preferably with project focus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Organisational and time‑management skills, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience in a third‑party administration environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Willingness to learn and grow in pensions administration.
- Technical pensions and legislative knowledge is advantageous.
