Business Development Executive – GDS Group

Job Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Queens Square, Bristol (onsite)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission

About You – Qualifications
  • Experience selling packages to event sponsors; previously worked for a B2B events specialist.
  • Passionate about new business sales/prospecting.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Experience in cold outreach, Linked In and new business prospecting.
  • Strong organisational and time‑keeping skills.
  • Ability to prospect and manage C‑level and senior‑level relationships.
  • Articulate communicator with strong phone‑based presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Research and generate leads across technical markets.
  • Provide domain and vertical expertise to develop solutions that promote long‑term engagement with GDS Group.
  • Engage with new and emerging technology providers worldwide.
  • Articulate our value proposition to ensure it is understood by clients.
