Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30, with 1 in 4 Saturdays – 40 hours per week

• Working closely with the breakdown team: you will attend breakdowns to diagnose issues, work on the vehicles to get them back on the road, or ensure they are safely returned to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance, including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• As a Mobile Vehicle Technician/Roadside Technician, you are the face of the business, so it’s important you deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; however, Level 2 is also considered. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ, and qualifications must be demonstrable.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
