Technician – Volvo Dealership – Bristol

Waylands, a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, now needs a dedicated Service Technician to join our Volvo dealership in Bristol.

• Work alongside the existing service team to repair and service customer vehicles.
• Use current diagnostic equipment to ensure ‘right first time’ work and meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

• NVQ or equivalent Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Previous service technician experience preferred; full training will be provided.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic equipment and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality work.
• Full driving licence.

• Mon‑Fri 8.30 am – 5 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (roughly one Saturday in every four).
• Base salary of £32,000 plus department bonus opportunities.
