Automotive Technician

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

We are looking to recruit two skilled Service Technicians to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Honda dealership in Bristol. The successful candidate will be time‑served and hold an NVQ or equivalent qualification to Level 3.

Although this is predominantly not a diagnostic role, you must be able to use current diagnostic equipment, have a proven track record in delivering "right first time" work, and have good communication skills. You will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, repair and service customer vehicles, and meet service quality standards. Main dealer experience is preferred, but full training will be given.

A full driver’s licence is essential.

• 40 hours per week, Mon‑Fri and Saturdays on a rota basis.
• Generous basic £35k salary, plus department bonus of up to £3k.
