We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administration Assistant with strong clerical skills to join our school office.
You will be the first representative of our school community and the first point of contact for many parents and visitors. Therefore, a warm and professional approach is essential, whilst having the ability to remain calm and organized in a very busy school environment.
The Successful Candidate Will Be- Exceptionally well organised

- Have strong IT skills and experience
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude and a pleasant telephone manner
- Able to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Someone who gives good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team
- Act as a receptionist for visitors to the school
- Receiving and responding to incoming communication and deliveries
- Pupil attendance and lunch records
- Administration of payments through Parent Pay
- Arranging transport for school visits
- Maintaining the operation of the printer and photocopier and other office equipment to ensure it is ready to use, resolving any issues as needed
- Managing the school diary
- Report any issues with the schools IT
- Ordering, monitoring and manage stock
- Preparing and sending communications (paper or electronically) to parents and carers, and the wider community, including newsletters
- Planning and organising after school clubs
- Maintaining the IT inventory
- A friendly, supportive and committed team seeking to enable all children to be the best they can be
