Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Are you looking for a role that offers exceptional training, a tailored career development programme, and a competitive salary? We're recruiting a Team Administrator to join our Bristol office.
As a Team Administrator at Burges Salmon, you'll work closely with the Client Support Team, supporting Assistants and PAs and helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What you'll be doingYou’ll provide support across a variety of tasks, including:
- Organising lawyers travel arrangements
- Handling paperwork – filing and storing deeds
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Collating expenses
- Printing and scanning
- Assisting with financial reporting
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
