What the Work Looks Like:

The role blends people interaction, organisation, and practical oversight of the building.

* Act as the friendly, professional face of the building

* Welcome visitors and conduct viewings for prospective members

* Build positive relationships with the creative businesses based onsite

* Help maintain a welcoming and respectful community atmosphere

* Optionally support small community events or informal gatherings

* Spot issues early and coordinate contractors when needed

* Handle small practical tasks where appropriate

* Coordinate cleaners and general building maintenance

* Maintain simple admin trackers and compliance records

* Support basic invoicing and administrative tasks (training provided)

* Help keep communication flowing between members, contractors, and management
