Service Coordinator (Planner) - Wrotham, Kent
Must drive due to location.
Monday - Friday - No Weekends!
26,000 + 1,000 OTE
Are you a pro at juggling schedules, solving problems, and keeping customers happy?
Join a friendly and supportive team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll be the heartbeat of the service operation-scheduling and supporting 10 engineers across the North of England.
What you'll do:- Book and manage service appointments with precision.
- Liaise directly with engineers to keep things moving smoothly.
- Deliver top-tier customer service every time.
- Keep an eye on stock and service levels to ensure a first-time fix.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (a big plus!).
Based in Wrotham Full-time, Mon-Fri Friendly & supportive team.
