Senior Business Support Officer needed!

* Salary: £15.38ph

* Location:

Sandy Park, BS4

* Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

* Till June 2026

Minimum of 1-2 days per week in office once trained, 3-4 can be worked from home.

Purpose of the job

Delivers technical business support services to internal & external customers in one or more areas using skills and knowledge which may be unique to specific business processes. Contribute to the work of the team to ensure quality outputs, carry out support where required, promote ideas for ways of working/team development to improve outputs. At all times operate having regard to current legislation, best practice & service delivery plan/operational performance targets.

Job outcomes/accountabilities

Book appointments for Surveyors for Site Surveys and Post Inspections

Manage the team inbox on a rota basis

Manage the New Claims process on a rota basis

Raise Works Orders and email Contractors to advise of the order

Attend fortnightly Case Load meetings with assigned surveyors, update case SS and main SS

Attend fortnightly Contractor meetings for assigned Contractors and up-date SS's accordingly

Process KPI certs for Contractors following approval from Surveyor

Document all communications with tenants on NEC under Notes

Label and save emails etc in Correspondence folders

Assist with putting the information together and redacting Subject Access Requests
