Part-Time Payroll & Accounts Administrator
Bristol (2 days office-based) | 3 days per week | £15 per hour
We’re looking for a detail orientated Payroll & Accounts Administrator to support our finance function on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Managing timesheets and payroll queries
* Raising and sending customer invoices
* Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies
* Supporting credit control and payment allocation
About You:
* Previous payroll and invoicing experience essential
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using online payroll/accounting software and Excel
* Organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
The role is based in our Bristol office for two days per week, with one additional flexible working day.
