United Infrastructure is looking for a Trainee Personal Assistant to work alongside our Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in executive support, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Personal Assistant, you’ll be supported and mentored while learning how to:
Handle confidential and sensitive information securely and appropriately.
Provide general administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
Support travel and accommodation bookings.
Preparing meeting rooms
Assist with the MD’s expenses, ensuring accurate records are kept
Liaising with Finance to process invoices and payments on time.
Draft and format documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Assist in screening enquiries, requests and emails, escalating when appropriate.
Provide reception cover when required
Liaise with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
QualificationsThis role is designed for someone at the beginning of their Personal Assistant career. We’re looking for individuals who are:
Keen to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks.
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — training and development will be provided where needed.
