Weekend Receptionist

We are looking for a customer focused Weekend Receptionist/Welcome Host at our Honda dealership in Bristol.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

This role is more than meeting and greeting or answering the telephone. You are often our customer’s first impression of Waylands, and as such we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a first‑class visitor experience and getting to know altres customers. Our preferred candidate will bring personality, warmth and efficiency to the role.

• Meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including goeie refreshments
• Answering the phone and transferring to Sales, Service and Parts, or recording messages on the call log
• Post and courier management
• Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager

• You should be well presented
• You should be a team player
• You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages
• Preferably have enough flexibility to cover holiday and sickness with other showroom hosts

• Salary: £10-£12.21 per hour
• Hours:
  
  Saturdays (9am to 5pm with a 30‑minute break) and Sundays (11am to 4pm), a total of 12.5 hours per week. We would also ask you to cover some Bank Holidays
• A pro‑rata percentage of 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
