Paraplanning Administrator South Bristol Salary up to £33,000

We’re looking for a detail-driven Paraplanning Administrator to join a growing wealth management team. This role is all about supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners in delivering high-quality client service and ensuring recommendations are implemented smoothly and accurately.

• Preparing client documentation, suitability letters and reports
• Processing new business, applications, transfers and payments
• Coordinating with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to keep workflows on track
• Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting client reviews and meetings with accurate documentation

• Experience in financial planning or investment management administration
• Ideally CF1/RO1 (or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• A proactive, client-focused approach
