Part Time – 18.5 hours per week, Fixed Term to July 2026

Based at East Bristol Intermediate Care Centre.

An opportunity has arisen to work within the Reablement Bridging Service as an Administration Assistant. You will be expected to provide efficient, high‑quality administrative support to the service.

Key Tasks
  • Input, amend and maintain data on spreadsheets, databases and other systems as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, pass and process information.
  • Complete and submit referrals to internal Social Work teams based on information provided.
  • Complete and circulate reports on service utilisation.
Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g. NVQ level 2, relevant GCSEs) or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and guidelines, and to solve problems in one’s own work area.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
