We have a great opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join our Investment and Development Team at SNG on a Permanent basis
Based from our office in Bristol, you'll combine a mix of home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance.

The RoleThe Administrator you will provide effective administrative support to the Regional Development Team, contributing towards the success of the teams in its objective of delivering new homes into the business. The role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for team related enquiries
- Liaising directly with all internal and external customers to solve problems using standard procedures in a timely, efficient and effective manner
- Creating and maintaining accurate files ensuring that all documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner so that other team members, stakeholders and auditors can access documents as required
- Monitor schemes files and identify documents that are yet to be provided and follow these up with other team members and partners
- Ensuring the accurate processing of electronic purchase orders, requisitions and payments and resolve queries as necessary to ensure payment is made in line with contract terms and our Financial Regulations
- Maintaining a database of key contacts which can be accessed by all team members and update the contact information as necessary
- Using a variety of software packages produce minutes, reports, spreadsheets presentations and any other documents as required using standard corporate formats and templates to a high standard of accuracy and speed
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and any corporate / PR events for the team to include arranging times, booking venues, sending invites, arranging refreshments
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings for the Regional Director and Assistant Directors as required
- Experience of carrying out administrative tasks
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Good communications skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of using payment systems to process invoices/payments
- Knowledge of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel
