Executive Assistant to the CEO & Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Bristol, UK / Hybrid / with occasional travel to UAE, US & Europe

Are you highly organised, naturally proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team here at 5

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being at the centre of the action - managing diaries, coordinating travel, handling key stakeholders, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be trusted, relied upon, and genuinely valued for the calm, polished presence you bring to the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing complex diaries and priorities with ease
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Organising travel, itineraries, and accommodation
• Gatekeeping and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Providing a concierge‑style level of support to senior leaders
• Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise

What we’re looking for:

• Bright, articulate, and well-presented with strong communication skills
• Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential

Based in Bristol, but flexibility to travel when needed is important. This role would suit someone adaptable, polished, and eager to grow alongside a dynamic leadership team.
