Curriculum Administration Apprentice J3432 – St George’s Road

Apply for the Curriculum Administration Apprentice role at City of Bristol College (location: St George’s Road, Bristol).

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our large administration team and gain hands‑on experience in a nationally recognised apprenticeship.

Job Details
  • Salary: £7.55 per hour, £279.35 per week, £14,526.20 per annum.
  • Hours:

    37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 9 am‑5 pm or 8 am‑4 pm;
    Friday 9 am‑4:30 pm or 8 am‑3:30 pm (half‑hour unpaid lunch each day).
  • Apprenticeship length: 2 years.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, parents and external organisations.
  • Organise diaries, meetings and events for colleagues.
  • Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Produce documents and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Use College systems to manage and share information.
  • Provide flexible support across the team, especially during busy periods.
Qualifications Required
  • 5 GCSE grades 4–9 (A*–C) or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
