I am working with a successful firm based in North Bristol recruiting for a Senior Accountant/ Practice Manager to join their friendly and inclusive team. This isn't a traditional senior accountant position; it's a pivotal, hands-on leadership opportunity within an established and well-regarded practice, backed by a Top 40 UK accountancy firm.

Hands-On Leadership:
Work directly alongside the Directors, supporting the day-to-day leadership and operation of the office. Workflow Management:
Manage workflow and deadlines across accounts, bookkeeping, and tax, overseeing the team's output. Client Engagement:
Lead client meetings, handle advisory conversations, and support new business enquiries and proposals. Mentorship:
Support and mentor the team, supervising and developing talent. Requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years’ recent experience within UK accountancy practice.

Confident reviewing statutory accounts and managing client relationships.
