About the Role
An Accounts Administrator responsible for managing accounting processes for a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
What Matters Most In This RoleBuilding and maintaining close professional relationships with colleagues within the accounting teams and the wider business is paramount. Proactiveness and a desire to go above and beyond are expected. The role requires processing a high volume of financial data on behalf of our clients and supporting the Assistant Client Accountants & Client Accountants to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet internal and client KPIs.
OtherDuties Will Include
- Updating control spreadsheets
- Raising of periodic and ad‑hoc charges
- Receipting income received into the bank
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing and transferring rental income to the client
A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships within accounts and across the wider business.
No accounting qualifications are required for this role, but the following skill requirements are key:
Key Skill Requirements- Maths & English GCSE A-C
- Good numeracy skills
- IT & software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Salary £23,000‑£26,000
