Daily processing of supplier invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders and investigating discrepancies Posting purchase ledger entries and completing reconciliations Checking supplier statements and resolving any issues Preparing and sending supplier remittances Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts Handling supplier queries and liaising with internal teams and external partners Processing company credit card statements Producing reports for supplier payment runs Supporting month-end accounts payable procedures Maintaining documentation for approvals and audit compliance Assisting with annual audits and providing information to auditors Offering administrative support to the Financial Controller What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently A proactive, solutions-focused approach What you'll get in return
