Are you looking for a role that blends audit and accounts work, with the opportunity to specialise in audit as your career progresses? This growing accountancy firm is looking to expand their team with a part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant who enjoys the variety of a mixed role and wants to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

You’ll start with a 50/50 split between audit and accounts, working across a varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and owner‑managed businesses. As the firm’s audit client base continues to grow, this role will naturally transition into a predominantly audit-focused position.

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts
• Assisting with and leading audits (on-site and remote)
• Preparing corporation tax returns
• Supporting and liaising with clients on queries and issues
• Working closely with managers and partners to deliver quality work on time

• Part-qualified (late-stage) or newly qualified ACA or ACCA
• Experience in both audit and accounts preparation within practice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player who enjoys variety and client interaction
• Keen to develop your audit skills as part of a growing, ambitious firm

• Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
• Full study support (tuition, exams, study leave) for ACA or ACCA
