Audit Senior

Audit Senior - Bristol Clark Wood are currently working with an award-winning practice in Bristol who are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their growing team. This well-regarded firm provides audit and accountancy services to over 250 charities and non-profit organisations across the UK. They are committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a supportive and collaborative culture that values development, flexible working, and long-term career progression.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of charity clients, leading audits and preparing financial statements in accordance with Charity SORP. You will build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensure all work is delivered accurately and on time. You will also supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, helping to maintain high standards across the department.

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or QBE), with experience in audit (charity not essential). You will be organised, resilient, and capable of managing deadlines and conflicting priorities, with a warm, confident communication style and a client-focused approach.
