As an apprentice you will complete a four‑year training contract.

Years 1 and 2

• Master the art of auditing:
  Learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using latest software and methodologies.
• Financial statements:
  Develop a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Work side by side with clients:
  Be immersed into the business world by working directly with diverse companies.
• Build relationships:
  Connect with key stakeholders in clients and internally across service lines.

Years 3 and 4

• Take on more complex audit work such as revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments.
• Lead audit engagements and take ownership of delivery.
• Mentor new and junior team members.
• Transition to a permanent role; the apprenticeship is just the beginning of your career.

• On track or have obtained A-level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications; strong academic performance.
• Deep curiosity to learn, naturally inquisitive.
• The ability to think critically, solve problems and share knowledge.
• Commitment to self‑development and learning.
• Strong sense of ownership, high responsibility and deliver on promises.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Enjoys meeting and engaging with new people, respecting diversity and integrity.

. We provide coaching, mentorship, one‑on‑one guidance, time off to study, and blended in‑person and virtual learning.
