CompensationPay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Paid bi-weekly
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Meet or exceed 90% proficiency (averaging 7.2 billable hours in an 8-hour day)
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, drivetrain, HVAC, brake, engine, and suspension systems
- Diagnose issues, identify needed repairs, and complete corrective actions
- Accurately document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders
- Use diagnostic equipment to isolate faults and interpret test results
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman regarding repair status and additional work
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in manufacturer training and stay current with technical bulletins
- Interact professionally with customers and support fellow technicians as needed
