The member assist – cart attendant role focuses on ensuring a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and assisting members loading their vehicles to create a great member experience. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather as you support members throughout their shopping experience.

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options when needed; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes the company's products and services.

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; handles merchandise per procedures; reports unsafe situations to facility management.

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; processes member purchases; assists with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; uses cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves member issues; maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; uses cart retrieval equipment; maintains parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follows Open Door Policy and applies these in business processes.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; seeks improvements and adapts to change and feedback.
