About the Position
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Neuro RN for a 13‑week assignment in Bristol, TN. The role involves daily oversight/management of the neuro‑patient population, working closely with nursing leadership and neuro/neurosurgery physicians to facilitate high‑quality outcomes and improve patient experience.

- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- At least 2 years experience as a Neuro RN (Certified Neuro RN).
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate patient/family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
- Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept student nurses and new hires.
