Registered Nurse (RN)
Location:
Bristol, TN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive healthcare records and reports.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for any side effects or reactions.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and relevant treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical data.
- Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitor, report, and document symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer non-intravenous medications.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Adjust patient health treatment plans based on patient conditions and responses.
- RN License
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Possession of a Covid Card
