American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology night shift position with a TN or compact license and a 100-mile minimum residence requirement.

• Work on the Medical Surgical Oncology unit in a hospital setting
• Night shifts (3x12 hours), 18:30 - 07:00
• Every other weekend required
• No on‑call requirement
• Travelers may float to other units when needed
• Travelers do not administer chemotherapy
• General orientation begins on Sundays, starting with online CBLs
• Participate in supporting and educating nursing students while providing clinical care
• 16 hours of nonbillable orientation required
• Hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty due to census changes
• Team members are expected to be flexible with additional shifts as needed

• Active RN license for Tennessee or a compact state, valid at the time of consideration
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg Oncology RN experience
• First‑time travelers accepted
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Previous charge experience preferred
