Physical Therapist – 15K Sign On Bonus

Location: Bristol, RI

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 per hire

• Review patients' medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical therapist licensure in good standing in Rhode Island
