Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating to site leadership or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and exterior perimeter;
Monitor access points and industrial operations for unusual conditions, assist with visitor and contractor check-in and badge verification;
Complete detailed reports and logs on patrol activity, incidents, equipment issues, and policy violations; communicate updates during shift handoff
