Position: FULL TIME Warehouse Worker  Bristol PA
Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate , you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player,  
** be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance** , have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures. Description of Duties:

+  Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.

+  Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the "seven steps to proper lifting." For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using "buddy lifting method."

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening

+ Have reliable Transportation
