Job Description:

Manufacturing Engineer

Education:

Bachelors or Five years of work experience within a manufacturing environment

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving CNC Machining processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Design and implement new manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new machined products.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit analysis for production processes and propose solutions to reduce costs.
  • Troubleshoot existing production issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
