You’ll own meaningful accounting work—GL, audit prep, reporting, and operational accounting with real visibility.

This is a Senior Staff Accountant role for someone who wants stability, ownership, and a place to grow—not job‑hop. As a Senior Staff Accountant
, you’ll be trusted with core accounting functions across multiple entities and play a key role in close, reporting, and audit readiness.

• Maintain and update the general ledger across multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month- and year-end close
• Produce accurate financial statements (BS, IS, etc.)
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Oversee payroll and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations; initiate and approve ACH/wire payments
• Support the CPA with special projects (investments, owner draws, ad hoc analysis)

• 2+ years of related accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books Online knowledge preferred
• Someone who wants a long‑term seat—not just the next title
