About the Role

Join Securitas as a Level 2 Professional Security Officer Apprentice
, working in partnership with the world-renowned brand Airbus

No experience? No problem. We’ll support you every step of the way, helping you gain your SIA licence and providing all the necessary training while you complete your apprenticeship. As a Security Officer, you’ll receive a £3,300 training bonus
, paid in monthly increments as you complete comprehensive onsite training during your first year—and beyond.

• Responding to medical incidents
• Being part of a highly trained Rescue Team for emergency situations
• Keeping the site safe – preventing unauthorised access
• Conducting internal & external security patrols
• Managing keys, locking & unlocking duties
• Traffic control, vehicle searches & enforcing parking rules
• Handling security equipment & carrying out routine tests
• Managing access control & issuing Hot Works permits

What we’re looking for:

• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (17.5‑inch headspace)
• Proactive, self‑motivated, & detail‑oriented

Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance
