MERITUS are recruiting for a Business & Project Manager to join our client on an initial 9 month contract to support upcoming aerospace programmes from Filton.

BUSINESS & PROJECT MANAGER - INSIDE IR35 - £39 PER HOUR - 9 MONTHS - FILTON, UK - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - VERY LIKELY EXTENSION

Working closely with engineering teams, the role supports project delivery, performance management, resource planning, and business operations
, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and our client's processes.

• Ensure compliance with business and project management processes
  .
• Support workload, resource, and financial planning (annual and multi-year), monitoring deviations.
• Manage internal and external engineering resourcing in line with our client's policies.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and workload evolution
  .
• Collate, analyse, and report performance KPIs to support decision-making.
• Provide business and project management guidance to engineering teams.
• Support governance reviews and deputise for engineering leaders where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement
