Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT/Digital Business Site Relationship Manager (SRM) who will work as the strategic interface between the Digital function and the Filton Plant. He/she is a key representative of the Digital function towards Operations for support of Digital solutions, product development, business process analysis, solution definition and customer relations. The SRM plays an important role in promoting and ensuring the cyber security of the plant.

The SRM acts proactively as a trusted advisor and contact for the Plant. He/she will represent the Digital function towards the Plant by promoting the Digital strategy, services, products and capabilities. He/she will represent and defend the business needs to ensure that Digital solutions meet business priorities.

• Broad knowledge of Digital products, organisation & processes.
• Experience working in an industrial operations environment.
• Knowledge of Digital tools & applications used in Operations.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices
• Leading and managing and ability to adapt communication to the audience

• Act as the primary Digital lead for the Filton Plant, managing stakeholder relationships and aligning site activities with the overall Digital strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate and oversee deployment, performance, and governance of Digital products (ERP/SAP, Infrastructure, Workplace, Shopfloor systems), ensuring alignment across teams.
• Lead digital demand management, crisis management, supplier oversight, and service level monitoring, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote digitalisation, automation, and decommissioning of legacy systems while supporting cybersecurity improvements within IT/OT.
• Drive change, operational excellence, and innovation by challenging existing processes, coaching teams, contributing to financial/resource planning, and harmonising best practices across sites.
