OverviewThe Wheelchair Repair and Stock Service require an enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy Equipment Service Stores team. You will be part of one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, based at the Bristol Centre for Enablement, controlling and receiving stock in the South Gloucester, Bath and Bristol area’s as part of our specialist team equipment provision, providing a service that will make a real difference to service users in this area.
You- Will have the ability to work efficiently and methodically under pressure, ensuring the correct delivery of patients equipment.
- Be comfortable handling a busy and demanding work load, having a flexible work ethos.
- Have an eye for detail, working methodically and accurately, receipting in stock on the computer system.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit.
- IT literate
- Receiving stock, checking it is correct and receipting in.
- Transferring deliveries to all parts of the building, to various departments.
- Preparing deliveries to external locations.
- Assisting stores with stock locations.
- Keeping the work area clean and neat.
- Sharing in other duties of the department as required.

DetailedJob Description And Main Responsibilities
You will be the 'first port of call' for receiving stock delivered to site, you will physically check it is correct, inspecting for correctness and noting any damages and shortages.
You will receipt in the delivery onto our database accurately.
Transfer deliveries to all parts of the building, to various departments, ensuring the correct parcels arrive at the correct departments.
Prepare any deliveries to external locations via our courier services.
Assisting stores with stock locations.
Keep the work area clean and neat and have a passion for keeping clutter away from the work area.
Share in Stock Taking as required.
