We’re supporting a Tier‑1 engineering organisation embedded on the Hinkley Point C project — and we’re looking for an experienced IMS / CAD Support Engineer to keep critical design systems running smoothly for multi‑discipline teams across the UK and France.

What you’ll do
Provide hands‑on support across AVEVA E3D, Draw, PDMS, Draft, Diagrams, Engineering
Coordinate CAD requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of multiple engineering tools
Manage scripts, files, configurations and CAD resources across a complex technical landscape
Develop macros and automation tools to streamline engineering workflows
Build strong relationships with engineering teams in the UK and France, acting as a trusted technical partner
Deliver training sessions and guidance to end‑users
Work closely with IT and CAD teams to shape roadmaps and continuous improvement plans
What you’ll bring
5+ years’ experience with AVEVA CAD applications
Strong scripting capability:
Power Shell, Python, PML
Solid understanding of Windows environments and IT fundamentals
Ability to build automation tools, analyse datasets, and streamline engineering processes
Degree‑level education (or equivalent experience)
