Technical Coordinator

This exciting role will see you being the link with the design and on site team ensuring all technical matters are dealt with in an effective manner. You will manage all the external consultants drawing information and attend meetings on site.

In order to be successful you will need to show experience working within a house builder or consultancy and hold a sound knowledge of the building regs and NHBC standards. You will have an HNC (as a minimum) within a related discipline and hold a full UK driving licence.
