Senior Project Manager

A new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager has arisen to lead on a substantial public realm complex infrastructure project in the vibrant Brighton City.

This complex and interesting £20M two phase NEC project is nearing the end of pre‑construction ECI phase with construction onsite due to commence in Spring 2026 with completion presently scheduled for 2027 & 2028. As Senior Project Manager you will be leading on project delivery onsite throughout demolition and RC frame re construction on the historic seafront.

This is a major seafront regeneration scheme involving the demolition, replacement and refurbishment of historic arches.

• New in‑situ reinforced concrete frame
• Reinstatement of listed features
• Highway works
• Service diversions
• Public realm improvements
• Architectural, mechanical and electrical elements to support both external and internal fit‑out works

You will lead the project from the final stages of preconstruction through to commencement on site in Q1 2026, followed by delivery through to phased handovers in 2027 and 2028. As Senior Project Manager you will take overall leadership and management of the project team, lead on client and stakeholder engagement, hold oversight of design development and coordination and run the programme whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

The contract has a strong track record of delivering civils and infrastructure schemes across a range of sectors. This is a flagship scheme in the heart of the South Coast and can offer the successful Senior Project Manager access to a range of projects and quality career prospects.

Senior Project Manager basic salary up to £90,000 p/a with flexible benefits package including extended annual leave, reservist, study and volunteering leave. Life assurance, contributory pension, long service awards, referral bonus, medical insurance and EV car scheme.
