Responsibilities
Gestire e supervisionare tutte le operazioni quotidiane della SPA
Garantire elevati standard di qualità del servizio e della guest experience
Coordinare il team SPA (30/40 risorse tra terapisti e reception)
Gestire il budget della SPA, monitorare costi, ricavi e KPI (occupazione cabine, revenue per trattamento, retail)
Requisiti
esperienza di almeno due anni nel ruolo di SPA Manager in contesti di lusso.
esperienza nella gestione di team numerosi (almeno 10 risorse) in contesti medio-grandi (almeno 1000 mq come superficie della SPA).
