Monitors and inspects tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition, and various restoration activities. Prepares and reviews documentation including notes, photos, and reports according to company policies. Explains processes and next steps to customers in person. Supervises technicians to ensure safety and operational standards are met during active jobs.

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry
• Retrieves work orders, ensures equipment and supplies are loaded, and arrives at the work site
• Completes jobs according to company standards, maintains quality control, manages technicians
• Monitors active jobs with urgency, explains processes to customers, interfaces with adjusters
• Completes sketches, scope sheets, and drying records using mobile software
• Inspects jobs post-completion, obtains customer signatures, and requests payments
• Resolves customer issues, communicates with key staff, trains new technicians
• Ensures safety standards during all jobs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of disaster restoration/construction industry
• Proficient with mobile data entry; experience with Xactimate preferred
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; experience in training/management
• Certifications like WRT are preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch
• Exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions, may use respirators

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
