** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

+ Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.

+ Complete detailed written reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Primarily driving post is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
