Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.73 to $17.98 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
