• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity for a guest-ready floor.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while complying with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Retail business fundamentals including knowledge of department sales trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, and basic visual merchandising.
• Awareness of industry trends such as style and seasonality.
• Ability to set, fill, and price the floor according to guest needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move/maneuver merchandise safely (frequently lifting up to 15 pounds; occasionally up to 44 pounds).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance is important.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile during shifts.
