Kem Krest is seeking a Material Handler Operator to support production operations by completing work orders on the weekly blending schedule, off‑loading tankers at scheduled times, and working collaboratively with other Material Handlers in the warehouse. This role coordinates closely with the Production Supervisor and other associates to ensure production schedules are met or exceeded.
- Pay: $22.50 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- Overtime Availability
- Perform job duties with competence and consistency across assigned tasks.
- Operate designated material handling equipment (MHE) safely and effectively.
- Understand machine operations and ensure proper use to avoid performance issues.
- Identify risks or performance gaps and elevate when necessary.
- Provide input to improve processes, technology, and team performance.
- Understand and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recognize how individual performance impacts utilization and schedule completion.
- Support data collection efforts and provide input for relevant technology tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to hazard prevention and waste reduction.
- Demonstrate awareness of environmental impact and support risk reduction efforts.
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or operations environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent with on‑the‑job training.
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong understanding of equipment operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to team success.
