Everhome is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team, providing in-home therapy services in the Howell and Brighton areas. If you’re looking for flexible, meaningful work without the pressure of minimum hours or weekend coverage, we’d love to connect.

• Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in the Howell and Brighton areas.
• Document patient care electronically via Well Sky (formerly Kinnser).
• Participate in a flexible PRN schedule with visits based on availability.
• Eye toward patient-centered therapy with a focus on quality care and autonomy.

• Active Michigan PTA license
• At least 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned area
